Your personal account settings (Profile, Password, Appearance) are reached from the avatar menu and are self-explanatory. Two settings are worth a short note: Two-Factor Authentication has a setup step that can look like a dead end if you're not expecting it, and Notification Preferences control emails sent to you as a dashboard user — not to your push subscribers.
