Reporting
Reporting generates exportable data files — one-off or on a recurring schedule — for Subscriptions or Deliveries data, scoped to a single app, an organization, or your whole system.
Accessing Reporting
Click Reporting under Admin in the sidebar.
Report List
Shows every report you've created: Name / Entity / Scope / Format / Schedule / Status / Last Generated / Updated / Actions (Edit, Download, Refresh, Delete).
Creating a Report
Click Create report.
Basic Settings

Always-Included Columns
Three app-level columns are included in every report automatically and cannot be removed: App ID, App name, App site domain.
Columns
For a Subscriptions report, choose from: Status, Unsubscribed at, User identity, Browser, Browser version, OS, OS version, Device type, Country, Last seen at, Last clicked at, Created at, Push failure count, Click rate (%).
For a Deliveries report, the column set is different — confirmed: Name, Category, Segment, Status, Title, Body, URL, Created at, Scheduled at, Completed at, Total subscribers, Success count, Failed count, Click count, Unique click count, Click rate (%).

Scheduling (Optional)
Toggle Schedule recurring regeneration to have the report regenerate automatically instead of running once.
Scheduled reports use rolling date presets only (e.g. "Last 30 days," re-evaluated each run) — a Custom date range can't be scheduled, only run manually.

Managing Reports
From the report list, each report has:
- Edit — change any of the settings above
- Download — get the most recently generated file
- Refresh — regenerate immediately, outside the schedule
- Delete — remove the report definition
